Does this router come with USB adapters?

No. It does not come with usb adapters. It is as you see it, router, power supply and a short Ethernet cable. That's it. I wasn't overly impressed with this and have not used it in awhile. Dust collector. Spend more, get more! Hopefully, good luck! Barry

Question 2

Has anyone used this as a Wireless AP or a universal repeater?  Setup doesn't show this but Tenda web specs say it can work in these modes.

I set it up in a wireless AP configuration, but my settings didn't stick.  I reverted to factory defaults after a few minutes.  I suppose if you could get a configuration to stay configured, it would be fine.

Can this be used as a wireless repeater?

Yes, it has 
Universal Repeater Mode
WISP Mode
WDS Mode.
If you want, you could also set it up as a wireless AP Mode by disable the DHCP Server.

Question 4

Does this allow for both an encrypted private network and an unencrypted guest network?

As I recall, it does.  However, you would need to do a little bit of configuring (enabling the guest network for instance), which is a problem.  I was unable to get the router to stay configured, after a few minutes it would revert to factory defaults.  That's why I'm returning it.

Question 5

The title says 'high power' on Newegg and at OEM's site.  However, I can not find a power figure.  I only see references to 5dbi antenna as an explanation.  Does this router feature 400mw+ transmission power to be classified as high power or does this router have less power and high gain antennas?
