This mask provides relief for dry eyes, MGD, styes/chalazion, allergies and migraines.
Remove contact lenses before use.
Do not use on broken or bleeding skin.
Please note latex is present in the head strap for the mask.
How should the mask be cleaned?
The mask features Sterileyes antibacterial protection and is easy to clean.
Wipe gently with a clean, damp cloth only.
Do not submerge in water, wash, or use detergents.
If it becomes wet accidentally, allow it to air-dry fully before heating.
Is the mask reusable?
Yes - The mask is highly reusable and designed for 200+ uses.
It is suitable for daily use, which many eye-care professionals recommend for dry eye and MGD.
Inspect regularly and discard if worn, damaged or repeatedly overheated.
How do I heat the mask safely?
• 850W or below: heat for no more than 25 seconds
• 851W–1000W: heat for no more than 15 seconds
• Always test the temperature on the inside of your wrist

Can the mask be used cold?
How to use cold:
1. Place the mask inside a clean plastic bag
2. Put it in the freezer for at least 2 hours
3. Remove from the bag and apply to closed eyes
If switching to hot use, allow the mask to return to room temperature before heating.
