Thermal Grizzly DeltaMate Mycro Pro II - Intel 1851 CPU Block (TG-DM-CPU-002)

The Thermal Grizzly DeltaMate CPU Block - MPII Intel 1851 is a premium CPU water block engineered for high-performance custom liquid cooling systems using Intel LGA1851 processors while retaining backward compatibility with LGA1700. Its construction combines an Ultra-High-Performance nickel-plated copper cold plate, solid nickel-plated brass housing, Schott BOROFLOAT® borosilicate glass viewing window, and anodized aluminum cover. A black anodized backplate milled from aluminum is included.

At the heart of the DeltaMate is Thermal Grizzly's Ultra-High-Performance cold plate with a hybrid microfin structure optimized around Intel's CPU tile layout. Directly above the CPU tiles, 40 extremely fine cooling fins feature 0.2mm fin widths and 0.2mm channels. This dense microfin structure creates a large heat-transfer surface where cooling performance is most critical. Above and below the tile area, 30 larger 0.3mm fins optimize coolant distribution through the block.

The solid nickel-plated brass housing provides a robust foundation for the coolant connections. Two standard G1/4" ports are positioned toward the upper-right portion of the block, keeping the central area open for an unobstructed view through the glass window. Each G1/4" thread is 6mm deep, providing durable threaded connections for standard custom water cooling fittings.

Instead of a conventional acrylic viewing window, the DeltaMate uses genuine Schott BOROFLOAT® borosilicate glass. The glass is highly scratch resistant and UV resistant, while its hand-finished edges interact with the integrated lighting to create a distinctive appearance. Addressable RGB LEDs illuminate the water block and connect to a standard 3-pin +5V/DATA/GND aRGB header for motherboard-controlled lighting.

High-quality EPDM O-rings provide the internal seals and offer excellent resistance to coolant, heat, aging, and long-term use. An included magnetic cover can be installed over the block to conceal the mounting hardware and screws, allowing the finished system to be configured with either an exposed mechanical appearance or a cleaner, streamlined presentation.

The DeltaMate CPU Block - MPII Intel 1851 is also compatible with Thermal Grizzly's Intel High Performance Heatspreader V1 for LGA1700, making it suitable for performance-focused Intel systems where premium materials, optimized heat transfer, and high-end construction are priorities.

Important Water Cooling Notes

• Do not combine with aluminum water cooling components where aluminum comes into direct contact with the coolant
• Use an appropriate coolant containing corrosion inhibitors and biocides
• Particle-containing coolants that may restrict or clog the cooling loop are not recommended
• Leak-test the completed loop with an air pressure tester at a maximum of 0.5 bar for at least one hour before filling
• Check the system regularly for leaks during the first 24 hours after filling
• Maximum specified operating pressure: 0.6 bar
