Long-term stability and the pump-out effect

The paste was designed with durability as its primary focus, which is where the name comes from. It combines outstanding thermal conductivity with a specially formulated compound that resists drying, hardening, and pump-out, even after extended periods of operation. Pump-out is the displacement of paste by temperature fluctuations, and the optimized formulation significantly reduces the effect caused by repeated thermal cycling. Unlike many conventional thermal compounds, it is engineered to maintain its performance over time, making it an excellent choice for long-term installations where consistent cooling is critical. Thanks to its stable consistency it remains easy to work with, even after years of use.

Thin layers

Its advanced formula utilizes a specially developed silicone oil, combined with aluminum microparticles and zinc oxide nanoparticles in optimized shapes and sizes. This unique particle blend allows the paste to be applied very thinly while maintaining excellent surface adhesion. The result is reduced thermal transfer resistance and highly efficient heat transfer between the processor and the heatsink or water block.

Applying it

Clean the CPU heat spreader and the cooler first, with a dry cloth or high-percentage isopropanol. To ensure the best possible application, the pack includes both the standard TG Spatula and the redesigned TG Spatula Pro. The Pro lets the paste be spread with increased pressure, allowing an exceptionally thin and even application layer. Put a drop of approximately 3 x 3 mm on the heat spreader and work it out very slowly. A plastic card with a straight edge also works, never a metal object.
