Are there pre-installed dust filters in the case, and if so, how easy are they to remove and clean?

I have only owned the Tower 100,, Tower 250,, and Tower 600 so far and all the filters are easily removed for cleaning.. There are a lot of filters pre-installed..

What is the maximum GPU length that can fit inside this case?

Without the included cover for the "basement" it is 400mm.. With it is 280mm..
