Yes. I just built a RAID system with this case. It's a great case with cable routing holes, three slots each for SSD and 3 1/2 inch hard drives. Bottom mounted a Corsair modular power supply. Nice case for the money.

Could this case fit a 240m radiator/fan cooler such as a Cooler Master Seidon 240m?

Yes. Should be a perfect fit. I am running the corsair h100i on the top area of this case. You can compare specs between the 2 but should be almost identical.

Are the hard drive cages removable?

No the cages are not removable.  I was about to return this case when I first received it but after checking it out a little further I really started to like it.  It comes with thumb screws so they can be tightened by hand and they are used to mount your drives and side panels of the case.

does it have a sata and data plug?

Cases generally do not come with SATA cables, the motherboard does. This does not include a motherboard, it is just the case. It has usb3 front panel plugs to the motherboard though if that is what you meant

Will a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO fit in this case?

You can definitely make it fit.  The side panel has two chassis fans, one of which will have to be removed to make it fit.  It is very easy to remove, and leaves an existing fan. I used this exact fan and chassis. Go for it! Runs like a dream.
