Question 1

Does this case need those copper screw things to lift up the motherboard or are the elevated peices of metal non conductive?

Noah,  there is one brass pin mounted on the board that is more to orient difference form factor boards to line up slot and in/output connectors.  The rest of the inner frame is metal, but the places to screw down the motherboard are stamp raised.  There are no raised connection points that will short out any different size board that I have seen.  Those copper/brass standoffs are conductive too by the way and if you ever run into a motherboard that shorts out when you try to screw it down, use a fiber/nylon washer to insulate the motherboard.  (In almost 30 years I have only come across one or two boards that needed insulators and that was in the xistion era from 286 to 386.  This particular case is super well made.  Boards fit, metal gauge is thicker and flash removed or rolled (no edges to slice fingers.  Thick paint.  Hope this answers your question. If not, maybe try asking again.

Question 2

Is the fan in the back of the case exhaust or intake?

It is an exhaust, generally most fans mounted on the top and rear of a case are exhaust unless otherwise stated.  This one can be made into an intake simply by unscrewing it from the case and flipping it over and reattaching it with the screws to the case.

So this case will support ATX and Micro ATX motherboard sizes?

Yes it will support both, its a great case for the price but between this case and a HAF cooler master I'd go for the cooler master, if you can spare the extra 20-30 bucks

There is a power and restart button on the right side of the front of the case

Will this fit a motherboard with these dimensions?

(LWH): 10.35 inches, 2.09 inches, 12.91 inches

It fits my ASUS M5A92 R.20 just fine. But that is 9 inch width and 12 inch height. Height-wise, it's a little tight. Length-wise, there is plenty of room, but there is minimal support for the side of my motherboard closest to the front of the case.

This case comes ready for micro atx and full size atx motherboards,
it have a lot of space for the motherboard and video full size video cards.

I have a micro atx motherboard in it and i have space for everything, in fact i have a big cooler master CPU cooler in it.

Can this case fit a Zalman LQ-320 Ultimate Liquid CPU Cooler?

I built a computer for a friend with this case so I can not measure it for you. I do recall it being a very nice case and pretty roomy. With the psu being on the bottom and if you don't install any top fans you should have from center of CPU socket to edge of mobo plus .5 to 1 inch. From mobo to side of case I would say was at least 5 inch. That's a guess though sorry I can't actually measure it.

is there enough room for a liquid cooling system in this case, i already have a case like this?

Depends on what cooler you have. I got corsairs h100i and it barely fit in the case. The h50 or any 120mm solution would be your best bet

Question 10

Can the front USB panel be removed to provide a second external 3.5" bay?  I'd like install a card reader that has USB 3.0 ports on it, but only have a single USB 3.0 20 pin header.

The USB bay CAN be removed. You have to remove it from the inside after you have removed the face of the case off entirely. Once you take the face off, you will see how the USB removes.
