Is this fan used for in-take of out-take? Thanks!

It can be used for either. I personally used it for intake. It is on a NZXT Source 530 full tower. It provides cooling for my hdd's as out pulls air into the case, and its even helping the liquid cooler buy pushing air into the radiator the intake fan. Works great and is very quiet compared to other fans. For the price though, this fan's a great addition to any case that can fit it. I zip tied mine in place since I do not plan to move it.

Question 2

Will this fan fit in the front fan space on a Thermaltake a71, I would like to replace the plain black fan with a led. It says the fan that comes with the case is 200x200x20, says this one is 200x200x30. 10mm difference will fit? maybe?

Here are the specs from Thermaltake web site on Chaser A71.  Hope yours is the same.

Question 4

Does the label on the back of this fan (not the packaging) read "A203012S"?

Is the label on the back of the fan EXACTLY, completely  identical to the 200 mm fans that ship with the Thermaltake Core V71 case?

Yes!! I don't understand why this fan is only blue but the one that comes with the case changes different colors. The labels are exactly the same. It doesn't bother me too much but it would be nice if this did the same as the one that was pre-installed

what code is required to buy the longer screws which would pass through the fan's corners to connect it to the case? I prefer using the long screws instead of the short ones provided but do not know the code to order them. Thanks in advance.

Question 8

What type and size of screw is needed for this in order for it to be secured to your Thermaltake Chaser case? The thermaltake Chaser case has 200 MM fans already and I took 2 of the screws from that in order to secure this fan. It does come with traditional screws however, I need screws that insert from the top and can be easily screwed into the case. Please let me know so I can buy the types of screws I need.

I also used the screws from the stock fan. I installed the screws on the top, on opposite corners to each other for stability. I have used it this way since I installed the fan, so far with no noticeable vibrations. If you feel you need all four screws you could take a screw to your local hardware store or contact thermal take directly.  I hope this helped.

Question 9

Will this work as a replacement fan for a thermal take armor a90?  Thermal take claims the original fan to be a 200mm.  I purchased another 200mm fan.  Which does not fit.  Its not even close.

As far as I can tell, these fans do fit properly but are lacking the extra screw holes for mounting... I personally had to use a drill and small bit to get mine to mount properly.
