those rubber slots in the corners are where the clips to attach the heatsink clip into.

It is the most quiet heatsink ive owned, EVER!

no. holes are drilled on front and back but only comes with mounting wires for one fan.  also the fan has more blades than the normal riing fans available.  mine runs dead silent at low rpm with normal use

It should work fine, in fact i have a three set of those very fans and used one on it....would work even better if you had the other 2 clips to mount a second fan

The Thermaltake Riing Silent 12 Red LED 150W Intel/AMD 120mm CPU Cooler is compatible with Intel LGA 2066 / 2011-3 / 2011 / 1366 / 1156 / 1155 / 1151 / 1150 / 775 sockets, but it does not specify compatibility with the LGA 2011 narrow ILM (Independent Loading Mechanism) which is different from the square ILM. Therefore, it might not be compatible with LGA 2011 narrow ILM.

I dont see why not, theyre the same size and have the same hole pattern in the boards so everything should fit
