Yes, it is fully compatible with AM5. All coolers that are AM4 compatible are AM5 compatible. They made the AM5 cpu's the same height as AM4 that way any AM4 coolers could retain their compatibility.

It comes with a little packet of thermal paste (think ketchup packet), but I ended up using some Kryonaut thermal paste I had laying around from a previous build.
