Is the pump strong enough to move through a 480 rad, 2 GPU blocks, 1 CPU block and keep a good flow level?

I currently have mine running through a cpu block 1, a Gpu block, and 360 rad which is relatively thicker than most. It should be able to run yours since it has no problem running mine. The only problem is that its hard to test and fill the loop without having the motherboard on since it is powered by a 3 pin fan header. You with have to get a power sata to 4 pin molex adapter and then a 4 pin molex to fan header adapter. These ones i got are on newegg are very cheap. Just look up this one on newegg (4-pin Molex LP4 to 3-pin TX3) and get the won with the 4 fan headers (2 black and 2 white). And look up this one on newegg (SATA Male to 4 pin Molex LP4 Female IDE Hard Drive Power Adatper) it should be the first option. If you do get these make sure you have the pump plugged into the black female header while testing. The white ones are to weak to get the coolant through the loop.
