Aside from a picture in the description below, Does this case come with any pre installed case fans? There is no "Included in box" or "item list" for what all the case comes with.  TL:DR "Does this case come with fans"

Yes it comes with 2 case fans. It has one mounted on the front as an intake and one on the rear as an exhaust. They are both 120mm fans.

Will the Corsair AX1200i psu fit in the Thermaltake Core X5 case either in  left or right hand psu spot?

I would suggest you ask Corsair or Thermaltake to be sure. As for me I am putting the EVGA 1300 watt Super Nova G2 power supply in my case and the dimensions are very close to the Corsair 1200i. This is a huge case and i feel sure it will take most any power supply you want to install.

Does anyone know if a Nocuta NF A20 FLX 200mm will fit the front panel?  It states a 200mm will work but does not list the hole spacing.  This fan has the option of being mounted at either 154x154, 110x180, or 170x170 mm.  Also,  is it best in the BIOS to set it in PWM or DC mode?

Yes it’ll fit in the front. It has various mounting points for all sizes of fans in the front. As far as the mode goes, you could really do either. That much fan is just going to be for airflow.

The Thermaltake Core X5 Tempered Glass Edition has 4 internal 3.5" drive bays.

where can i purchase a replacement side panel without the window for this chasis?

I am not sure as I have only purchased the ones with the window. You might try the Thermaltake website.
