does this product have thermal paste pre-applied?

Yes, thermal paste is pre-applied. It also dropped temps substantially as delivered, so I felt to need to replace the thermal paste either.

Is this compatible with the socket FM2 Processors?

I just purchased and installed a WATER 2.0 Pro, but on an AM3+ CPU.  Thermaltake does not list compatibility w/ FM2, but it appears to be very similar to FM1, which is listed in the Tt manual.

What you really need to know is if your choice of motherboard is compatible, since mounting of the cooler requires the removal of the two retention bars on the motherboard- it has its own backplate and front mounting ring, so it only uses the four through holes surrounding the CPU socket for mounting.

BTW, you need about 3 inches of horizontal clearance INSIDE the case to mount the two 120mm fans and radiator.  It was a tight squeeze in my Tt BlackX V6 midtower.

I was wondering what its thermal design cooling is? Can it keep a 220watt thermal design power processor cool?

My fiancee who builds our computers had me get this for our multi-media computer.  It works fine for that because we are running an FX-6300 6 core CPU but, my fiancee who has been building computers for 30 years, recommends that you get a water cooler with at least 240MMx49MM radiator because, if you are going to run one of the new FX-9000 series CPU's that is what you would need or you take a chance on cooking the CPU.  And Thermaltake does make one.
