Question 1

will this cooling system fit inside a Cooler Master HAF X?

Yes my it fits in mine just fine. Be aware it does so with concern.. top mounted one fan overlaps the design work of top vent, making 10% o the fan covered by plastic roofing. Debateable wither that has any negative or positive effect.
Bottom mounted requires removal of the large plastic airflow piece, which I'm not sure actually helps the gpu anyway. Hasn't helped per my tests. Just large and in the way.

Front mount is impossible.

You'll have the same issues with any other all in one water cooling unit. This one works great. Been running in my old i7 3930k for 3.5 years now, no issues. 
Installation is a real mind boggling pain though, poor documentation

Question 2

Do you have to re-fill this thing? And how often?

No, and hopefully never(for the duration of your build's life)

It's a self contained all in one unit filled by the manufacturer.  If you have to ever re-fill it, something's WRONG with it.  I liked how the cables were firm yet bendy when installing with lots of wiggle room.
     The pre-applied thermal paste from the factory is a headache saved for first time builders or seasoned sea dogs as both can't forget that step.
     When i first installed it I was very paranoid it was not on because of it's quiet operation.

Question 3

This thing doesn't look like it has a pump or a waterblock, but assuming it does, do I need to fill it with water or do I need a certain kind of liquid? And how do I go about doing that? (Sorry, I'm kinda new)

Hey there!

Nope, everything is “close looped”, meaning the entire system functions and sustains on its own and no additional liquids are needed. All you do is install and enjoy. I’ve owned it for 2 years and it has worked flawlessly for me. :) during install, make sure you line up all installation screws to avoid bending and this product will 100% work as you need it to. can I buy replacement fans for this item or more specifically, the water 2.0 model?

Yes.  as a Reviewer I move my Thermaltake 3.0 Ultimate from build to build and I often use different fans for looks.  The 120 X 120 mm is what you want to use.  And the Long screws that come with the kit.  If you lose them just get 1.5 inch 6.32 machine screws at the hardware store for replacement but you have to take about 5 mm off for them to fit perfectly.

can I put three corsair af 120mm on the top and bottom of this radiator?

This radiator has the screw holes for fans on ether side, mounting it in your case could become tricky if both sides are used tho. In all honesty you only need fans on one side of the radiator in a push or pull configuration.

An example of this beast at work would be my personal rig. I have the three box fans in a pull configuration cooling my i5 3570k. The processor has a box speed of 3.2GHz but is running very well at 4.7GHz. Just keep in mind your results may very, nothing is the same even out of the factory. Some processors will overclock better than others.

I'm new to the liquid cooling world and I own a Thermaltake Core V71 full tower with 4 200mm fans installed.  2 in the front as intake and 2 in the top for exhaust.  If I buy this or possibly other liquid cooling systems would I need to remove my beautiful LED fans?

No! You do not!

I installed the two fan version of this water cooler, and will be doing this very unit in a day or so, both into the V71 case.

The 200mm fans on the top are on the top "rack" just below the outer casing. The radiator and fans of this water cooler installs on the inside underneath the 200mm fans.

You will have to take the 200mm fans off *temporarily* to install the radiator, and you'll have to choose the screw holes that won't interfere with the fan's frame. But no, you do not have to get new fans for the case.

They are beautiful, aren't they?

Can i use it with the NXZT G10 Graphic card adapter and a gtx 970?
 
all other water 3.0 are listet except this one???

You would void your warranty but the pump should be enough to run CPU/ 1 GPU Setup.  If you have the fittings and the other parts needed for the bypass.

What cases will this fit in? I would prefer to have it mounted up top.

It will fit just about any case that says it supports a 480 (120x4) radiator. The problem: this is a very thick radiator, so the case is going to need some vertical breathing room. I have mine mounted underneath the hardware in a Thermaltake Core X9, but it would fit on top.

Does the pump have an LED and if so, what color is it?

No and the pump is so quiet you'll wonder if it actually turns on.

what is the flow rate for the fans?

I can't answer that question as I have never had an instrument to gauge it but I will tell you that the fans are almost silent so they probably run at from 1200 to 1500 RPM.  As far as rate of air speed I am sure you could find that out.  But if you have a CPU that will be so hot that you will need to know the Flow Rate of the fans I would get three more of them and run them in Push/Pull configuration.
