What fans are included?

There are 2 - 120mm fans included.
They are "Standard Case Fan" Part #AF0024 on their website.
They move some decent air, good enough for the case, not a radiator.

Question 2

is there any way to get power button/USB ports from one side of thee case to another?

Yes. You can unscrew it and transfer it to the other side. It's just going to be upside down, with the reset button on the top, and the power button on the bottom. The side cover panels are interchangeable as well.

Question 3

In the manual it shows you can have 6 120mm fans on the bottom of the case, however I found no screw holes or brackets to connect them to. How do you mount fans on the bottom of the case?

There seem to be some discrepancies in the literature on the Thermaltake website regarding bottom fans. My chassis also has no mounting holes for bottom fans. The spec says two 120 mm fans or one 120 mm radiator, but there is that diagram of 6 fans near the bottom. If I REALLY wanted those 6 bottom fans, I would have to drill some holes. Assuming you would want them on the outside, there may be a clearance problem with the height above the floor.

Will a 10 inch graphics card fit in this with extra space ??

According the their website,

a VGA card 330mm long or 12.98 inches will fit with the Optical Disc Drive (ODD) cage attached) By removing the ODD you can add a VGA card 480mm long or 18.89 inches long.

I positioned my GTX 285 2GB, which is just over 10 inches,  over the PCI-E slot. and it's nowhere near the ODD cage. Plus there's space between it and my CPU Cooler (Noctua NH-9DL) the 32gb of memory.  I had to remove the horizontal top bracket that holds the vertical brackets in place, but it went in with no problem and this is a hefty thick double bracketed VGA card from EVGA. An EVGA 1050ti should be even easier.
