Can this fit a 240mm (2 x 120mm fan) radiator on top?

Yes, in general.  It can handle up to a 360mm radiator in the roof of the case.

We use air in our builds at school but this case was purchased because it can handle liquid coolers for an i7 6800 build.  We have yet to select a specific radiator.

Are the built-in mobo standoffs high enough to allow space for an m.2 mount?

Hi, yes, the standoffs do allow the m2 ssd to be used. I have my setup with one right now with an asrock mobo. It works fine, no overheating problems with ssd

Is it possible to put a 200mm and a 120mm fan in the front of the case at the same time?

It is possible, only if you remove the two 5.25 inches driver bays and drill your own holes for the 200mm fan. The pre-drilled holes from the manufacturer, in the front of the case was meant for 120, 140, and one specialized mounting fan (maybe only TT 200mm fans). Even the instruction manual stated it can fit a 180mm fans or radiator, I was unable to mount the 180mm radiator from the previous Bitfenix Prodigy build.

Can I install Riing fans?

I have a Riing three pack of 120mm fans, two for my 240mm radiator and one as an exhaust, running off the supplied TT controller.  Haven't tried running them directly from the motherboard.

I'd like to fit four 3.5 hard drives and one 2.5 solid state drive in this case. On new egg it states this case has "1 x 2.5’’ (M/B Tray)", however on the Thermaltake website it only states four 2.5/3.5 hard drives.  Does this additional 2.5 SSD mount exist or not?
