Question 1

I know this depends on motherboards,  but what length sata data and power cables fit the case best?

Power cables length is not a concern, since you can hide them in the lower clamber in front or next to the PSU (got to watch out for the front fan, no grin to prevent cable from hitting the fan blade)

I would get sightly longer cable so you can route them under the motherboard in the lower clamber area (under the plate) and it would look nicer, but I wouldn't go out of my way.

I would make sure you have at least 2 L-shape power / SATA cable if you want to have 2 2.5" drives with 2 3.5" drives, 4 total (the drive bracket comes out and they mount back to back, there are picture if you look up the case in PC part picker), otherwise, you will be blending your cables quite a bit.

Question 2

Would a micro atx board fit in this case?

micro atx is considerably larger. the internal dimensions fit a mini itx board very snug with just enough room to the side for a graphics card with a single slot cooler.

Question 3

Thinking about getting this case but I don't see a cd drive bay so how do you install cd drivers and OS? Do you have to transfer everything to a jump drive and install that way?

Yes, you would either make a bootable thumb drive installation of your chosen OS or use an external DVD drive. Alteratively, if you have an internal DVD drive hanging around or in another computer, you can just hook it to the motherboard and leave a side panel off for OS install and then remove the DVD drive after the OS is installed.

Question 4

Do I need to purchase ssd and hdd screws to mount them?? 
I'm a beginner at building a pc and not sure if I will need to purchase the adapter kit separately.

You do need screws. As a rule of thumb and you being a new builder which by the way congrats. You will never buy a store bought comp again.I would like to make a couple of suggestions. I hope you don't mind it's just I have built so many and taught others how to build. You should always have an assortment of screws and cable ties some mb stand offs are handy to have. Also a few sata cables is good to have too.but you can wait on them because mb generally come with a few. I also recommend having a fan or too and some thermal paste. For tools you really onlly need a couple of good phillips screwdrivers a good needle nose pliers small pair of sidecutters for snipping your cable ties. When building plan on cable management right from the 1st before you start putting it together. I always put the power supply in the case 1st to avoid banging it into the board and i put the cpu and cpu fan and heatsink on the board before I put it in the case. That case your looking at is surprisingly roomy but remember it has no room for a dvd drive so you either need a usb one or just plug a sata cble into the board and leave the side open so you can get to that and a power cable and hook up a sata dvd long enough to install an operating system then just unhook it and tuck the cables into the case. is the stock front fan silent or what do you recommend the best 200mm fan that can fit in this case?

The stock 200mm fan is very quiet. Noise tends to only be a problem with smaller fans running at high RPMs. If you decide to get two 80mm fans for the back (not included) I would suggest SilenX Quiet Series fans. You can compare each fan's noise level (decibels) as well as their airflow rating (CFM) to make the best choice for you.

does this have dual monitor support?

Now the question you just asked is very...misguided.

The desktops case ability to run two moniter is based upon the graphics adapter/gpu/video card you put in it. A graphics card can support on its own anywhere from 1-6 displays. This tower has a slot for a SINGLE video adapter. So depending on which one you get you can attatch 1-6 displays. How sturdy is this case? I plan on using it for field use (think disaster / emergency response).

i use mine to travel and its pretty good since its mostly metal, the window got scuffed up because its plastic and the front cover seems to pop off a little too easy and the fan started making noise that went away after about 2 years of use, overall i dont think anything important inside is going to break unless its dropped.

Question 8

Would a Nvidia GTX 1080 from MSI or EVGA fit in this case?

It should (super jealous of the 1080 btw). I have an Asus Radeon 260x in mine and it fits. What the pictures of the case don'the show you is that the front fan cover has a big gap specifically for full sizes GPUs.

Are there ventilation holes on the bottom so you can mount the power supply with the fan facing down, or must it be mounted with the fan facing up?

Whatever you prefer. Upwards will draw air over the back of the motherboard (the motherboard is mounted on lifted posts) or yes, to answer your question, you may point the PSU fan downward to draw in air from the removable mesh filter on the bottom of the case.

what size psu can you use?

Any size ATX will work there is actually a lot more room in there than it looks. Modular would probably be better but not necessary. Its actually a real nice well thought out case my only gripe with it is I wish it had room for a cd/dvd player
