Does this come with a 3 pin power connector?

Yes it sure does David! The only thing you may NOT like is the fact that the stock fans are housed in a plastic housing that snaps onto the aluminum heatsink. And the fans, unfortunately, are joined by a single 3-Pin cable (No PWM control) and a 4 inch adapter for MANUAL control. I hope this helps!

Does it come with thermal paste pre applied? Or do I need to buy paste?

This CPU cooler comes with a red tube of paste included with the hardware. It is not pre-applied directly to the cooler. My recommendation for this beautiful cooler would be to invest in a $10 tube of Arctic Silver 5 Compound. It really works well. Stock paste is not the best to work with but for someone who does not care about squeezing the life out of their cooler, it will suffice. Thanks!

Do I need to buy thermal paste, or is it included with the product?

It has some paste on the bottom, but you never know how good the quality is. I paid the extra 4 bucks and bought a tube of Arctic Silver. It's the best stuff out there.

Question 4

Would this CPU Cooler fit a Dell XPS 8500? I also have an AMD Radeon HD 7700 Series video card installed on it? Would that get in the way of the cooler? I'm not to good with computers but i want to make it look nice and not get too hot as well...  Thanks for taking your time on reading my questions...

Should fit the Dell cabinet.  Not sure about when you add the Radeon video card.  Just install video card as low as possible in the bottom expansion slot and hope for the best.  I have a generic tower cabinet and the cooler fan just clears the cover.  There are ventilation holes in the cabinet door across from the cpu cooler fan location.  The fan comes to within 1/8 in. from the cover panel.

Will this cooler work with the ASUS Rampage IV Extreme and the Thermaltake Level 10 GT Case?

This cooler should work fine in the thermaltake level 10 case I just installed it in the thermaltake urban r21 case and though I only had about 1/8 of and inch clearance from the top of the cooler to the case side it did fit and with the level 10 case being almost 3 inch wider it should fit perfect. As for the motherboard The only thing to worry about is If your using the 2011 chipset if so just remember to buy low profile ram.  I would also like to add that I wasn't to impressed with the way the NiC C5 seats to the cpu. You are limited in the amount of pressure you can apply which in the end results in the cooler being able to be twisted with little effort. Which in my opinion means that it's not tight enough to the cpu to do its job fully. Anyway good luck with your build.

I have a x99-A Asus 2011-v3 motherboard, does this cooler is compatible with it? i really need a air cooler that will not disrupt my ram sticks

This just happens to be the most perfect cooler I've ever used on a home built. Do some more research because I cannot say for sure if it is compatible with your Asus motherboard. The cooler itself however works wonderfully and takes up very little room.

Will this fan keep the AMD FX 9590 cool?

We run this cooler with the Intel Core i7-4770K Haswell Quad-Core 3.5GHz LGA 1150 84W Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 4600 and we overclock it to 4.2 GHz.  We haven't had any overheating with this configuration but it is only 84 watts compared to the AMD at 220 watts.

How can I get an extra screw for attachment as one of the long screws came unusable?

If  by unusable your sawing it was  damaged then get a rma and send it back.If the screw is to short take it to your local hardware see if they have a longer screw or perhaps a bolt and tap.

Question 10

CHA_FAN4 420 rpm warning is popping up on screen. Less than a year old any suggestions?

Sounds like a fan is failing or not spinning fast enough. Either the power supply from the motherboard is not providing enough juice or the fan is actually dying. Try plugging the fan into a different plug, if that doesn't fix it. RMA time.
