Will this cooler leave room to install a pci express card in the first pci express slot?.

Yeah it wasn’t even close to my EVGA GTX 1080 FTW card on an ATX motherboard. It was pretty tight against the first RAM DIMM though, so make sure you install your RAM first as this cooler was a pain to install.

Is the thermal paste that comes with this good quality?

Its ok, I already had arctic silver paste so I used that, but the paste that comes with it is not bad

For AM4 (Ryzen), does it mount vertically or horizontally? Meaning, like most of the other coolers out there, does it only blow up or down or can it be mounted to blow out of the back of the case?

So, as the motherboard lies down, the heatsink sits above the cpu, perpendicular to the motherboard.  The actual fan can be mounted on either side of the heat sink.  So, the air would blow toward the back of the case or toward the front of the case.  You cannot turn the bracket so as to blow toward the top or bottom of the case.

How bright are the blue LEDs?

The LEDs are bright enough on this so that you can clearly see the ring when looking through a clear window but they do not "throw" much light meaning they are not going to light up you whole case.  I used this in a build where the case interior was lit with white LEDs and I used this cooler and 2 other Riing blue LED case fans to match the rest of the blue theme.  Even with the bright white case lights, you could clearly see all of the blue fan rings and myself and my customer were very happy.

Can I get this with white led?

Not sure.  Haven't seen many white LEDs.  Most are blue, green, or red.  I've seen more white LED fans in new towers (If you're doing a new build).

This will work for that setup.  This cooler will fit the LGA 1151 socket and has enough thermal dissipation.  The 7700k is only rated at 91W TDP and this cooler handles up to 150W.  Just keep in mind that overclocking may be limited on air cooling.  If you planned to push the 7700k to close to 5.0 Ghz you would be better off with an AIO liquid cooler such as a Corsair H100i or compatible 240mm AIO cooler.

Does this work with the AM4 socket or do you have to buy something to mount it?

Under the 'specifications/compatibility' it says it's compatible w AM4.  I doubt you need any kind of adapter or mounting thing with it.

Question 8

Anyone have a link to a video of the installation? I only found one and it's not in English. Other videos have just been "unboxing".

I looked into it and cannot find one either.  Installation of this is pretty much straight forward though and if you have ever installed another CPU cooler before this one is not much different.  Follow the included instructions for the Intel or AMD socket you are installing it to and also make sure it supports the socket you are trying to install it to as well.
