Question 1

Probably a silly question, but seeing as I am new to liquid cooling(late bloomer, idk), does this come with everything I need? Or do I need to buy additional parts or the actual fluid or whatever?

This is a closed loop system, so it's literally plug and go. It has everything all built into one loop, so there's no set-up necessary. Being a closed loop, there's no maintenance (which is nice), but it also means if the pump breaks, or something else goes, the whole system goes. There's no repairing or swapping fittings or anything else that makes a custom loop convenient. That said, my Thermaltake 3.0 Riing RGB 360 loop is running 4 years strong right now with no signs of slowing down and keeps my system cool extremely efficiently. Good luck!

Question 2

Does the fan controller only handle the three fans that come with the AIO cooler?  For instance, if I wanted to add more of those fans to the system, would I need another controller?

The fan controller only has 3 input connections, so you can only control up to 3 fans with a single controller.  Also, you should be aware that these are not standard fan connections.  So you would not be able to connect the fans directly to your motherboard instead of to the fan controller.  The reason for this is because the fan controller controls not only controls  the fan speed, but controls the LED colors as well.

Is the lettering on the pump cover itself illuminated/RGB colorable? Or is is just flat white lettering?

Can this unit be dismantled? I'd like to eventually expand my WC setup to a rigid acrylic loop with water blocks on my GPU and CPU. This kit looks like it will work in the mean time, but I don't want to spend that much unless I can reuse the block, fans and radiator for my final, finished loop.

You can use the fans and the radiator but unless you plan to use the block with the built in pump I don't think that'll be usable.

Is this compatible with Asus - STRIX B350-F GAMING ATX AM4 Motherboard using AMD RYZEN 7 1800X 8-Core 3.6 GHz (4.0 GHz Turbo) Socket AM4 95W YD180XBCAEWOF Desktop Processor? Or is an additional mounting adapter needed?

I believe so.  It came with all the AMD mounting parts, as I remember throwing them all away.  This has been a pretty good water cooler, but the added fan controller made things a little tricky with install since my case also had one built in.  Had to determine which one to sacrifice.

Will this keep a 5ghz 8700k cool enough?

does this system fit in a NZXT 350 edition case and will it be powerful enough to cool off the AMD FX 9590???

You need to check your case spec for that answer, and it is "powerfully enough" to cool any CPU. The difference comes into play when you overclock your CPU. If you do not intend to overclock I would recommend a cheaper CPU cooler.

Is there some ideal ways to get fan controller out of case and install somewhere on the case for better accessibility?

You can but it takes some planning I was able to use the Velcro and adhesive to get one mounted in the rear of the case and one in the front. The front one doesn't look nearly as clean but it was the best I could do. I will say after having them in use for almost four months I haven't changed the settings once so it may not be as bad as you think to leave them in the case. It would be nice if they made the cord about a foot longer for the controller but otherwise the fans are incredibly quiet and the rotating color is fantastic especially with the plexiglass side of the case.
