    • Please kindly scroll down to the detail page to confirm the compatible Govee permanent outdoor light model before placing the order. Using this accessory to connect other models of light strings may damage the LED beads and cause malfunction. Do not use it to connect eave lights from other brands.
    • Compatible Model: For only use with Govee Permanent Outdoor Lights 2 (H705D/H705E/H705F) and Govee Permanent Outdoor Lights Elite(only through offline channels), which have a luminous flux of 40lm per bead, and the light string cannot be cut.
    • Note: Govee Permanent Outdoor Lights (H705A/H705B/H705C-25lm/light) and Govee Permanent Outdoor Lights Pro (H706A/H706B/H706C-60lm/light) are not compatible. In case of accidental use, disconnect the power immediately to prevent damage caused by incompatibility.
    • Included Items: Product includes only the adapter, the control box and the light strings are not included.
    • Outdoor use: Install only to a covered Class A GFCI receptacle with a weatherproof enclosure, whether the plug cap is inserted or removed. Place the adapter and control box in a dry, cool location, and avoid prolonged exposure to moisture or high temperatures.

    Q: Does not work after connection?

    A:

    1. Make sure you've connected the compatible permanent outdoor lights 2. If you accidentally connect it to a Govee Pro version or lights from other brands, cut off the power immediately to prevent accidents.

    2. Check whether the adapter is working properly. A dim green light will appear(close to the output end) when adapter is in the normal working state.

    3. Make sure you've connected the wire connectors between the string lights, and press the control box for more that 5s to reset.
