Warning: DO NOT ROLL UP THE LIGHT STRIP WHEN USING, spread out the led strip before connect the power supply.
If the light strip roll up when lighting up, the light strip unable to dissipate heat.
How to make the adhesive tape more sticky?
1. Do not stick to dusty wall, rough plastic surface, frosted glass, knitted/wool fabrics.
2. Choose a dry,clean and smooth surface.
3. In low-temperature environments, please use a hair dryer to warm up the tape.
Does the light strip could be memorized last setting after turned off the light?
Yes, the cob led will remember your setting when COB led powered off.
How to solve the light strip turn on and off randomly, or dimming on it's own, randomly flashing?
The problem came with other remote control signal interference, hold the 10% and 50% button at the same time for 3s, and then release the button, the light will flash, the problem solved.
Does this set include the connector for reconnecting the light strip after cut it?
This set does not include any reconnection accessories.
