The light bar is fixed by magnets, you only need to take off the light bar when charging. The strong magnet will fixed the light bar with hook
Not Convenient to Charge
The entire light (including the mounting plate) must be removed for each charge. Frequent removal will easily loosen the screws and damage the wall.
What are the dimensions of the picture light?
The light bar is 16 inches long and 1.18 inches wide. It's suggest to works best with artwork 16 inches above or larger.
What if my package is missing parts (like the magnetic ball or remote)?
If anything's missing, let us know immediately! We'll ship replacements right away so you can set up your light without delay.
Why is my picture light not charging?
1, Our product ONLY SUPPORT 5V/2A input. NOT support fast charging (9V/12V/20V).
2, Recommendation: Use a certified (QC/PD protocol) charger or power strip, Avoid uncertified chargers
How do I know light is fully charged ?
Charging time: 5000mAh ? 5.5+ hours
Red light = Charging
Green light = Fully charged

The main body is plastic. The hook and backplate use iron material.
Note: These parts are iron-based but not pure iron.
