does it include the 2015 anti-virus? 
does lifetime means virus protection updates, or product update too (2016, 2017 etc,)

All updates for the life of the computer are included with no renewal fees ever.  Any internet security suite always includes the antivirus software. An internet security suite is a better version of the antivirus. If you have an issue with an older version of the software and have install the LIFE TIME product they will help you to upgrade to a newer product. This migration is not automatic.
I was able to upgrade through Tech. Support.

I'm an avid user of Vipre and have all my PC's protected by it.
When I fix someones machine I'll install the vipre on it.

Question 2

I want to buy one time and not have to renew every year. Will this product be for the lifetime of my computer?

That's exactly what "PC Lifetime" means.  One of my licenses has gone through Win 7, 8, 8.1, and now 10 - all on the same laptop.  I have not had any viruses even though other non-protected PCs in my home network did.  It does it's job; doesn't get in the way of anything.  4 1/2 stars

Does it come with a Product Key?

Yes all Vipre products come with a key.
There are retail box and download version s of this product.

The download version a key is emailed to you.
The retail version has a product key card that is mailed to you.

Your purchase still has to be downloaded from the internet.

Is this viper as good as Malwarebytes ?

Vipre Internet security is superior to any antivirus software I have ever used.  My company's I.T. guy told me to give it a try and that was 7 years ago.  It is real time protection which protects you 7/24.  It also comes with a good fire wall and a lot of features you don't often see.  The best thing about Vipre is that it runs and you never notice any drain on your system.  I am very happy with Vipre and I tell everyone you can't beat Vipre for performance and protection.   don

Can I buy it today and activate it 3 months from now & how many time can it be activated on the same PC? I reformat about every 4 months.

You can buy it today and install it any time you want.   I am not sure how many times you can activate it on the same pc, but a better answer for you would be the next time you format and start over, once you have that clean system, make an image backup of the hard drive and then restore from that clean image every 4 months instead of doing a complete rebuild.

If I installed on my existing PC, can I move the license to another new PC (by deactivating the old one)?

Not sure what Vipre policy is for an installation on a new computer.  I did however uninstall Vipre and re installed it on the same computer.  Not sure why Vipre was acting up (shutting computer down periodically). Since re install, I've had no problems. You may want to contact customer service via email.  They are very helpful.

Question 7

If I upgrade to new Windows versions (say Windows 10), is this still going to work on the PC and all the future upgrades for future Windows versions are also going to be FREE?

Lifetime license is for one computer only.
You can clone the hard drive to another for upgrades.
But it is for one machine.

Non-lifetime license should allow you to xfer license to a new computer.
