it is compatable but my on worked 6 months i babyed it and was extra carfulle with it but it quit working in my opinion thrustmaster wheels are crap my g27 still works two years after i got it and ive modded it  compared to the t500 that only worked for 6 months my advice is to g pre order  logitech g29 100% ps3 and ps4  do not get the t500

The mode button actually switches the pedals from F1 to GT mode (swaps Accelerator and Clutch).

Specs say it should work on PS4 but cant confirm. Works awesome for PC.

Does the power supply that comes with the wheel accept both 110v and 220v supply?

According to the markings on my US based Power Supply it lists input voltage as a range from 100v-240VAC 50-60hz, 2.0A

The cable from the supply is detachable and is the same as on most PC's

Yes, but you will want o remove the paddle shifters. The documentation is at Thrustmaster's website.

Yes, PS3 and PC compatible. For PC you need to go on the Thrustmaster website and get the software for it.
