Question 1

What is the advantage of Mini LED on this monitor?

Accepted Answer

Unlike traditional edge-lit monitors, Mini LED technology with 1152 local dimming zones provides better contrast, brighter highlights, and deeper blacks. It improves HDR gaming experiences by making bright effects and dark scenes more realistic.

Question 2

Is this monitor good for competitive FPS games like CS2, Valorant, and Apex Legends?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The 360Hz refresh rate, ultra-fast response time, and Adaptive Sync support help reduce motion blur and input delay, making it an excellent choice for competitive FPS gaming where every millisecond matters.

Question 3

What makes the P245MS PRO different from other 24.5-inch gaming monitors?

Accepted Answer

The P245MS PRO combines several premium gaming features in one monitor: QHD resolution, Fast IPS panel, up to 380Hz overclock refresh rate, Mini LED backlight with 1152 local dimming zones, HDR1000 performance, and ultra-fast response time. It is designed for gamers who want both competitive speed and excellent image quality.

Question 4

Is this for sure the 420hZ OC version?

Accepted Answer

Thank you for your inquiry. We have double‑checked the specifications for you. This monitor supports overclocking, with a maximum overclocked refresh rate of 380Hz. The 420Hz figure you noticed may result from deviations during page parameter display or platform data synchronization. We have submitted feedback for adjustments, and 380Hz will be used as the official specification going forward to avoid misleading buyers.
We sincerely apologize for any confusion this has caused. If the 380Hz overclocked refresh rate meets your requirements, you may consider purchasing this model.

Question 5

Q: What would you like to provide the feedback on?
