The description says that the speed is adjustable, how do you adjust it?

its not actually adjustable. i was disappointed when I got this fan thinking it had adjustable speed. The adjustment i guess they're referring to is for the grill on the front. you can have it spin to kind of oscillate the air but that's about it. you loosen or tighten the grill to adjust how fast it will turn. kind of a pointless feature if you ask me because the fan doesn't put off much air.
