Is a free upgrade to Windows 10 standard with this laptop? Some reviewers mention free upgrades, but I do not see this feature listed under product specs.

The upgrade is offered by Microsoft, not Toshiba. While some manufacturers will promote this prospect, it is not of their making. Any computer with Windows 7, 8 or 8.1 will be solicited by MS via automatic updates to install Windows 10, at least until next summer.

We are looking at laptops for our 11 year old.  She needs it to be Adobe Flash adaptable, does this Toshiba Laptop allow Adobe?

Yes. This laptop will play adobe flash easily. Actually, ANY WINDOWS laptop will play adobe flash... most often in the internet Browser... YOU would have to "turn off" or block adobe flash Yourself if you did Not want it to play on any laptop internet browser...

Can the RAM be upgraded? Planing to get a 16 GB (2x8) for it. Whats the specs for RAMs v.?

Yes, the RAM can be upgraded. It takes 1600MHz DDR3L.  I put 2x8GB Kingston HyperX SODIMMs in mine and it works beautifully.

Should this laptop be able to run most games, at playable framerates, even if i had to use the absolute lowest settings?

This laptop has sharp video, but with only 4GB system memory shared with the video chip I think your performance would be less than desirable.  The system can be upgraded to 16GB by removing the entire bottom cover although Toshiba says it is only upgradeable by their technicians.

I am looking for a laptop capable to help me with programming most in VBA. For University. And once in a while to play games like League of Legends, Rocket League, Age of Empires II.

And, What is the RAM v? So I can know what RAM to buy for it. And It would be better 1 RAM of 16 GB or 2 of 8?
