Pros: The laptop looks very sleek and simple. It is very fast, takes maybe a minute and a half or less to get to the desktop. Runs games well, Mass Effect 2, Oblivion, and Half-Life 2 expansions, and War for Cybertron all play well on the recommend/above settings. Newegg ships super-fast and took back my laptop back when it broke, which I was grateful for. I'd say the computer is well priced for everything I wanted, which is what I got with this laptop. Not much bloat ware in my opinion. The computers battery life is long which is great as well. This laptop is very light, much lighter than I expected. Finally, the number keypad on the side is a major plus.
Cons: The only bad thing was I had to send the laptop back at first because windows quit working and blue screened. However, I got a new one and this one works beautifully, no problems what so ever. The web cam is not too good, but I don't really use it anyways.
Overall Review: The outside of the laptop and area around the mouse pad do tend to get many fingerprints on them, but I'm fine with it.
Pros: Fast machine, with a sleek look and a full 10-key numberpad. I got this machine for gaming and so far I'm not disappointed - Left 4 Dead 2 and WoW Cata both run great. I have to agree with the other review - very silent and not much bloatware to uninstall. It also doesn't seem to get very hot at all, even after being on for hours. Keyboard isn't too awkward and is easy to get used to.
Cons: USB ports are on the front right side - anything with a cord plugged in there gets annoying quickly when using a mouse. The power cord is also a little bothersome in placement. It also seemed to have a bad smell for a few days after I turned it on. Maybe that's normal, though!
Overall Review: My first 'real' laptop - seems to be a great deal for the cost. So far, I'm loving it!
Pros: 1. i5 processor is very fast. 2. Plays WoW on ultra and runs at 30+ frames if you take the shadows down to "good" 3. Runs Sony Vegas without lag 4. Surprisingly light! 5. 1GB of Dedicated video RAM 6. Keyboard feels really nice and comfortable.
Cons: 1. I Wish they would have put 2 USB's on the left side as opposed to the right. On the right side there are 2 USB ports where the mouse is and if I didn't have my elevated laptop cooler it might have been an issue. Other than that I have no complaints whatsoever!
Overall Review: I'm very glad I purchased this laptop it handles everything I've thrown at it very well since day 1. Hopefully some time soon I can afford to upgrade the RAM to 8gb to speed it up even more! (like it really even needs it.) I also uploaded a YouTube video of WoW running on the laptop. Keep in mind though that since I am using FRAPS the frame rate was lowered significantly. So what you are seeing is actually about half of what the frame rate normally is. It still looks smooth though! Also I read a review where in the cons they put that it doesn't have volume control on the keyboard, it does!. Just hold down the FN key next to the CTRL key and then the numbers 3 and 4 are your volume up and down buttons.
Pros: I5 Processor, 4gb ram, fast startup speed. This video card tears through most games at the highest settings. Currently playing Mass Effect 2 and Borderlands maxed out and loving it.
Cons: The battery life is definitely not as described. About 3 hours with basic applications and a little over an hour if you are gaming. If you don't want to be plugged in all day plan on upgrading or buying a spare battery.
Overall Review: Overall pretty much the best bang for your buck out there without going overboard.
Pros: Fast i5 processor Large harddrive size crystal clear display plays games like a champ good battery life price
Cons: USB placement Indicator lights stay on when turned off and plugged into power outlet Textured mousepad
Overall Review: I have always had XP and never really wanted to switch but it was time for a new computer for school so i had to get one. Toshiba is a reputable brand and for the price, the specs are without a doubt wonderful for anything you throw at it
Pros: Fast processor turbo boost works great (automatic) looks very sleek it's a Toshiba runs pretty quiet
Cons: Minor software problems out of the box-easily fixable Attracts fingerprints like Charlie Sheen's nose attracts coke
Overall Review: I haven't tried many games yet, but ME2 and Oblivion run great on higher settings with mods enabled. Also, I run Persona 4 thru pcsx2 full speed with minor hiccups. (haven't bothered to try turning on speed hacks yet) Also, FFX seemed to be running full speed, but I barely got into the game so I can't really say.
Pros: - Fast. For any normal use, or for any normal gaming use - Keyboard size (not crowded) - Nice touch pad - Seems to be built sturdy (hasn't broken yet...) - I feel it was a great deal for the price
Cons: - USB placement (corner under number pad) - Runs out of RAM on occasion - CD drive can be noisy at times (not a deal-breaker)
Overall Review: I have owned the laptop for 5 months. Some people say it has a poor battery life but in my usage, the battery is fine: plugged in and use as desktop, no power restrictions. Unplugged and use for light tasks, low light, restricted cpu, restricted fan. This was my jump from XP to 7, and the laptop really helped sell me to the idea of 7. Starts quick, wakes up quick, goes to sleep quick, no REAL problems with bloatware, easy to use function keys, hard to physically damage. Overall, really a good laptop for the normal gamer (or programmer d:) who has to keep the price down.

Pros: -Fast processor and boots up very fast -Good graphics, runs WoW: Cata very smoothly on high graphics. Consistent 60 FPS. -Quiet fans which don't even run most of the time so almost silent -Lightweight and runs very cool compared to my 17" gateway. -Not too much bloat-ware. Toshiba actually includes some cool software like face recognition and CD/DVD burning software.
Cons: -Webcam is kind of grainy and dark so you need to have a well lite room -The actual laptop is shiny so keeps fingerprints. Easily wipes off however, tiny problem.
Overall Review: I suggest this to anyone on a budget looking for a good gaming laptop. Very satisfied.
