What is the maximum wireless data rate of the TP-Link Omada N300 Gigabit Wireless Outdoor Access Point?

The maximum wireless data rate is up to 300Mbps.

I am looking for something that will pickup the wifi signal from my residence and feed it into a router in my shop (80' away) via network cable. Will this device be able to do that - by attaching it externally to my shop building and using a network cable to connect to the shop router?

we are using this as an access point and it has worked very well. Basically, the setup you are describing, it should work very well. Need to make sure - are you trying to give yourself internet / network access at your house thru your work network? If so, yes. If you are trying to use it to access your home network, I don't think that will work.
