Comcast ISP, this product is not on their provided compatibility list but maybe that's not entirely current. Will this work with Comcast Internet and Voice?

the rt-ac66u is just a router not a cable modem it will hook up to your cable modem using a net work cable which is provided in the box.

Will the power adapter accept 220V, 50Hz?

Most AC adapter can be used for both 220 or 110V now.
