I have a camera (LaView CDp 6034) that supports POE but I'm using a wireless bridge (WUMC 710) that doesn't. Is this what I need to get POE to the camera? Connect this between the camera and the bridge, correct? Thanks for the help.

Yes, the way i used this PoE injector was to run Cat-5 cable from the camera (my cam was a Trend Net TV-IP672PI ) to my switch with the injector in-line just before the switch and a short piece of cable between the injector and switch.

AC adapter (wall wart), the unit and I think it had a Cat5 cable as well. Works well so far as well. I have it powering my D-Link DAP-2590 Wifi AP.

I am looking for POE injector for a foscam F189805E. Will this work or what do I need if not?  I am having troubler finding specs fopr the poe injector for this device. I saw one ref to requiring a 2 amp 12 V POE

We order these specifically for use with VOIP phones and remote users.  This device allows their phone to operate through their home-based internet.  I'm sorry I cannot respond to the specific use you refer.

I would ask the manufacturer this question.  As I understand it, POE is pretty much a standard wattage.  Consider the problems if a vendor releases hardware as PoE but requires a non-standard wattage.

AS the Specifications say... this PoE injector will automatically supply the power needed for the device up to 48V... the power supply is rated at 15.4 watts at up to 48VDC... if your device needs less it should automatically supply what it needs as long as your device conforms to the IEEE 802.3af standards...
