Does Newegg ship hardware version V1 or V2 of this product?

V2, though you probably will need to update the firmware. The one I received had the original V2 firmware, TP-Link had two newer versions available. I updated to the newest and have had no problems with this switch.

Is this a good choice for VOIP? Only VOIP Phones will be on this switch. What would be the recommended QOS settings?
