hi, i have wifi provided by my rv park but am receiving less than capable signal can i use this product to make a better connection, and does it connect to my laptop via usb cable? the parks quad antenna pod is aprox. 150 feet away

This will work great for you in client mode or repeater. Client mode will require a second router or direct connection to your computer via Ethernet cable. There is no USB conection on this unit. The instruction are very straight forward and TP-Link customer service is great because I have had to contact them before. This unit can be placed up to 60 feet away from power using the supplied POE (power over Ethernet). Hope this helps. 150' is nothing this thing can't handle. I use it for longer distances.
