If i'm travelling out of town in my truck, can this create a hotspot for me to stream music without using my data ?

Well, that depends where your music is coming from.  If you have a laptop you want to stream from, then yes, that can be done.  On the other hand, if you're looking for internet access, it can only provide that if it has a source for it - either a wired ethernet connection to the internet, or it can extend another wifi source.

What is the input voltage for the power adaptor? Is it 110-220v as I need to use it in other countries?

The AC adapter is 110v-240v (to 5v@ 1A) with a USB connector on it, and it is connected to the router with a cable that has a USB connector on one end and micro USB connector on the other, so if you're using it with a laptop, you could power the router from a USB port on the router and not even need to use the AC adapter.

OS requirements do not list any Apple OS's. Will Apple devices (e.g., iPhones, iPads) be able to access my LAN through this device?

Could this be used to connect a ps4 to the internet and play online? I have another device to provide the internet connection obviously, but an ethernet connection directly to the internet 
hotspot is not an option.

I'm not sure I completely understand your exact situation but I think there is a good chance this device might help. It's very useful in that it can be configured many different ways.  I guess my main question is if you have a hotspot available, why wouldn't you connect the PS4 to the wireless hotspot?

Anyhow, if you somehow had an internet connection but had no wireless, just ethernet ports - you can configure this widget to connect to the ethernet and become a wireless hotspot for your PS4 or other wifi capable device.  If for some reason your PS4 wifi was not working (I think PS4 has ethernet plug option...not sure), you could configure device to connect to your PS4 or other device via ethernet and have the widget connect to the wireless hotspot. It comes with a little fold-up quick setup guide for I think 5 or 6 different configuration scenarios. Anyhow - hope this is helpful.  I like to use mine in hotels that have an ethernet plug in the wall - I can configure this as my own little private hotspot without the risk of using the hotel's risky public hotspot services.  That way, my laptop or other devices aren't confined to cord distance and I don't need to bring or rent a long cord.

Uncanny this device be connected to a wireless connection in a hotel room to allow me to use all of my devices?   For example my hotel offered wireless for 5 devices in the room, but when I traveled with my kids we had 7 devices.  I want to connect this and then be able to use all of our devices
