Do I need a cable to install this in my PC?  If so, do you sell it?

No cable needed to install this. You will need a CAT5 patch cable to connect it to your router or switch. You will need an empty PCI slot to in your PC to install the card.

will this work with a 64bit windows vista system   Acer - Ax3200 Desktop?

I have not tried it in a vista 64 bit, however the operating compatibility specs on the outside of the box says it will work.

It works well on WinNT and XP both are 32 bit. For the cost I would not hesitate to try it.

Does it have drivers for Centos and will it fit in Dell T5400 precision ?

It didn't come with any linux drivers but it was supported out of the box on my Centos box, i.e., standard drivers seem towork with it. I don't know about "fitting in Dell T5400," but if it has a PCI bus then you should be fine.

Has anyone tried this in ESXi?

Yes I have. It works perfectly. I lost the one on my mother board during an electrical storm. This one has worked as a replacement with no problems
