Will this be compatible with Windows 10??? Because my last one was not so I need a new one...

Yes, I have installed it into Windows 7 - Windows 8.1. Went through Windows 10 Upgrade and still worked. It also works on Windows 10 stand alone / no upgrade.

Does this include a normal size bracket?

No, the piece that mounts into the slot is approx 3-1/8" long. A "normal" bracket is more like 4-3/4" long.

Will this fit for a HP dc7900 SFF desktop computer?
