The extender is not connecting to the internet. My devices pick it up but there is no internet connection. The minute I switch on the WPS the extender is then not recognised by mu devices. Please help?

Try making the initial connection in the same room as your wireless router. First press the WPS button on the extender, then press the WPS button on your wireless router when it is all done, the WPS light on the extender should be out, and only the power  light should be on, and the wireless activity light should be blinking. Unplug the power and relocate the device to its location. If you are trying to connect your cell phone, you may have to turn off the wireless on the device, then turn it back on.
