Does it come with power adapter?

Yes it does. I have been using this PoE injector for two years and it has worked flawlessly. All you need is included.

RE: TPE-113GI - the specs indicate a 100VAC power input requirement yet the device indicates a DC power input; can't get contact info for TRENDnet to verify?

There will be an ac adapter and module with your purchase. The AC adapter needs 100 v AC as a minimum level. My ac adapter indicates 100 v AC up to 240 v AC which should cover any AC outlet you have. Most POE devices have a watt requirement rather than volts so its really important to verify what POE device you have will need in watts. TPE-113GI supplies up to 15.4 watts so as long as your POE does not need more you should be fine. Access points are usually about 30 watts and cameras are often 15 watts or below.
