Is this camera rated for outdoor use? (IP65 etc)

No, this is an indoor camera - cannot get wet.  On the other hand, if it is shielded from the elements, you can use it outdoors at your own risk and void the warranty.   I have had an indoor 720p IP camera on my porch mounted under the overhang where it does not get wet.  Has been working outdoors for over a year with no problem.

Have they fixed the wireless from dropping every 3 to 4 hours requiring a hard reboot of the hardware?

I've had this camera for 8 months and have never had to hard reboot because of a lost wireless connection.

Question 3

How is the night/dim light vision? I use it looking out a window so cannot use the infra red due to reflection on the glass. I only have a street light in front of the house for light. I own a Zyxel camera and it gets descent night vision without the IR. Thanks

The white aura that you see in the video images is caused by infrared LED lights hitting and reflecting from the window glass. Believe or not, it's actually normal. You will need to somehow make the infrared LEDs touching the window glass in order to get rid of the reflection. It may be hard to do since the camera head is round shape like a ball. I don't know if it's possible, on some IP camera, you can switch off the infrared LEDs. If this product offers such option, you may have to do just that. Hope this helps.
