Stretched out from the edge of the tip to the end of the power wart the cord is five feet long.

can this operate as a splitter?

I have more HDMI devices that my TV has ports. With this I can plug it into one TV HDMI input port and then use the included remote to select which device to feed into that TV port. I do not believe it will split an output signal and send that to multiple devices (monitors??). I may be wrong. I suggest going to the manufactures website and see if they go into more depth. Enter
