This works with Windows 10 for sure, it's completely driverless (generic usb hub in devices). As far as Linux I don't see any reason why not. All this device does is provide power and a data connection to USB 2.0 devices. Make sure you have power plugged in, it won't use the PC's USB power.

I am trying to hook up two computers to three different printers with usb connections. Which ones will work to do this?

This device only works with one PC. Sounds like you will have to do network printing by sharing the printers on the PCs they are connected to over the network of which all of the computers are connected to.
