can you use these with an iPhone and iPad?

With a proper adapter wire from radio shack to go from L/R componant audio to 3.5mm jack you can though I would think some high end bluetooth earbuds would be better option if that will be the primary use.

Would this work with the PS4?

i dont think it can be used for any other gaming system
