Can all 4 ports plug HDD/SSD ai the same time?
Varies depending on SSD brands and capacity. To ensure a good effect, please do not connect more than 2 SSDs/HDDs to the hub simultaneously, using the hipower devices, please remember powering hub. Low power devices needn't.
Why can't my wireless device work properly sometimes ?
Because the frequency of USB 3.2 is too close to the frequency of wireless & 2.4Ghz wifi, they may interfere each other sometimes. Please distance the devices from the hub, insert the wireless adapter on PC directly or using 5G WIFI
