Can you please furnish the name of a repairman to work on this chair?

We had a lot of difficulty when we first bought the chair and you all sent out a repairman three different times. Will you please find his name and number? Thanks. Pat Gatlin

Is there any way to get spare parts? Control board for my recliner has gone bad.

I contacted all available leads and no one could assist I had to find someone privately to fix and make repairs
