Not out of the box but you should be able to find an adapter that splits to mic and headphone cheap. Like Item=9SIA07Y02A5359.

dose it have a AUX input for mobil gaming Ex: like beats?

They don't necessarily have an aux input per se, but do have a standard stereo jack like any other corded headset that can plug into your iPhone, iPad, 3DS, etc. for mobile gaming.  I don't have a current generation psp, so not sure what ports they have...hope this helps.

Question 3

So i was wondering how these things were powered.  I see that there is i micro usb cord so im assuming that you plug the headset in via usb to charge??

Nope.  You plug in the xbox one adapter (which comes with the headset) to your controller and the headset's audio jack is plugged into the adapter.  No USB.  The power would be coming from the controller, so the controllers battery life may suffer a bit.

Does the xo4 and xo7mhave microphone monitoring so you can hear your own voice in ear?
