can this head set come wireless ?

No, this is a hard wired headset. If you're looking for a good PS3 compatable wireless headset, I would say look into the playstation gold headset.

As far as wired go, these are pretty nice. Long cord, and easy to get going.

already purchased, microphone not working is there something were not doing right ?

make sure the mic is plugged into an active port or set it as default.  TeamSpeak has settings that may need to be adjusted.  Skype seems to work right away.  try testing with the tools provided by each application to see if it is just a setting issue.

When I bought mine it was new. Generally it will say "Refurbished" or "open box" if it's not new. 
It's a great headset, the sound is great and the bass is ridiculous! You can hear every footstep sneaking around and the position of people around you. Helps a lot in FPS games, I recommend it.

My grandson HAs Xbox 360 I purchased  The Px21 and then I saw the X 12 for Xbox 360 Shoul I Have gotton them instead?

No, you made the right choice. Not only do the PX21s have better sound quality, but they work on 360, PS3, and PC if he has those, the X12s ONLY work on 360 to my knowledge. Hope this helps

Works on PS4 via the aux cable right now, the driver for the USB wireless module isn't ready yet.
