Little confused by the picture.  Is this wireless, or is it wired?

Also, will this work on the PS3?

Will this work on the PS4?

Headset is wired due to the advanced sound mudular that you can load specific presets from the turtle beach site created by the community... (works great for example guy loaded up footstep preset for bF4 another preset for movie experience) The wires is in a high quality rope so no tangle

Yes they are compatible with PS4 out the box however you need an adapter for the Xbox One

If you buy these headset be sure to download the advanced sound editor from turtle beach site  (ability to adjust all frequencies to make headset louder if desired)

Would this headset utilize my Creative Labs X-Fi Titanium sound card?

No and yes.  This headset utilizes an audio control unit and connects to your PC via USB.  If you use the ACU, then no, your dedicated sound card won't be used.

You do however have the capability to use the 3.5mm cable that comes with this headset to jack into your sound card directly, but you will lose the ability to use the microphone.  I can't vouch for how these sound in that configuration and would bet you would only get a stereo configuration and not the 5.1 channels.

If you want to utilize your sound card and have the ability to use a headset, you will need to find a set that uses the 3.5mm jacks (e.g. Logitech G230 or the Sennheiser PC series).  I just checked and NewEgg offers 176 headsets that use the 3.5mm jacks.

I have a dedicated sound card as well and was a little reserved in using a headset that didn't plug into the sound card.  But, after using these, I have no regrets that my sound card doesn't get as much action.  I haven't experienced any sound issues nor any loss in my ability to hear folks tromping around the battlefield (in fact I can hear more).  I have my gaming PC, an XBOX 360, a tablet, and my phone that I use these on - one headset with multiple uses; can't beat that.  (That was one of the big selling points for me)  I do keep my speakers jacked into my sound card for the times I'm not using this headset.

If you decide to get this headset, please note that you really should follow the recommendation from Turtle Beach with regards to USB ports - make sure you don't have other devices connected to the same 'hub'.  Most folks plug everything in the back ports on the motherboard, I had the best luck when I plugged these into either the front ports on my case or if I used one of the USB headers on my motherboard.
