Will this work with the Xbox One's 1st Generation?

Works with mine. You just need to update the controller with the headset plugged in. You will need a micro usb cable to plug directly into the controller to update.

Can this be used on the XBOX One, 360 and my PC?

The headset has a standard 3.5mm jack, which lets you use it for PC, xBox One (with the included adapter) smartphones, or any type of music player. The microphone is detachable so you don't have to have the mic sticking out if you decide to use them for non-gaming.

I'm not sure about the 360, but I can't imagine it would be any more difficult than the xBox One.

Can I use this on my computer?

It will just be a pair of headphones at that point. The microphone will not work no. The cable is so short though that using it on a PC might be a pain. It's not much more than 15" in length I'd guess.
