Is this modem compatible with Windows XP, Windows 2003 Server?

Not sure about XP. In our setup it is conext ed to a We machine. Though I do not see any reason that it wouldn't work with XP or WS2003. It just needs a COM connection and it should be happy. This tech is really not "new" so it should work with legacy systems.
